The Board consists of 5 members who live in the District and manage the affairs of the District by establishing policies, approving budgets, setting the tax rate and managing contracts in the best interest of the District. The MUD 367 Board has reduced the tax rate over the last 20 years from $1.02 in 2004 to $0.375 in 2024 while providing uninterrupted water, sewer and trash service.
The MUD 367 Board works with the Gleannloch Farms Community Association (GLFCA) Board on many projects to maintain the aesthetics of the District. This coordination has enabled the GLFCA to take on projects their budget may not have been able to handle.
The MUD 367 Board coordinates projects with the MUD 383 Board to ensure both Districts’ long-term needs are met. The two Boards also confer on major projects including the building of the 3rd water well and the rehabilitation of the two existing water wells.
The MUD 367 Board also works with Harris County Flood Control District, as well as an erosion specialist, to ensure the District’s channel maintenance is ready for the next major storm.
Residents are welcome to attend the monthly Board meeting held in Gleannloch Farms at the Recreation Center on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 4pm. Check the website in case a change has been made due to a holiday.
